TARABA YOUTH PEACE INITIATIVE (TYPI) OVERVIEW

INTRODUCTIONS

Taraba Youth Peace Initiative is a platform for Tarabans to workout conflict with some creative thinking, bringing divided communities, neighbors and families together to discover common humanity through- interactive sessions and social peace campaigns.

Promoting of Dialogue for peace building through media and youth mobilization in Taraba State. End violent conflict is the purpose of Taraba Youth Peace Initiative which is a call to action.       

OBJECTIVE OF TARABA YOUTH PEACE INITIATIVE

§  Building of structure and formation of a strong unity, peace and progress among all people in Taraba State

§  Portraying Values, culture and morals irrespective of Religion and Tribe of all people in Taraba State

§  An engine room for mobilizing, Educating and campaigning for Peace in Taraba State.

§  Preaching and sensitizing against social vices such as corruption, terrorism, cultism, election violence, drug abuse etc.

§  Promoting solidarity of distinguished Taraban Sons and Daughters with an insight on life Journey.
